Tonight I’ll be participating in a live chat in the Horizon Healthy Families Community all about fun fall activities. You have to join the Horizon Community to participate in the chat, but that’s where things get even more fun. Horizon has offered up a prize pack to one random community joiner. I don’t know exactly what’s in the pack, but typically these packs include Horizon Branded Items like a lunch box, T-shirt, etc. Once you’ve joined the community, come back here and leave a comment saying you’ve signed up and I’ll enter you in the giveaway.
