A few weeks ago I started writing for the blog at Parentella. Parentella is a site that connects parents and educators and their blog is chock full of interesting articles about schools and education. I’m mostly writing about packing school lunches (surprise) but you’ll also be seeing more general articles from me about kid-friendly foods and maybe even an occasional craft project.
This week’s article about Spooky Halloween Lunch Box Ideas went up this morning and I’m particularly excited to share it with you because I had so much fun putting it together. So far I’ve also written a series of articles on bento box basics and shared an easy school night dinner of bbq chicken, mashed yams and peas.
