I am living in a land of easy drive thrus and vending machines. Looking at your pictures reminds me to get out my own Lunchbox and fill it up, and try and include at least SOMETHING in the fruit or vegetable arena. I even just made a post with pix of 3 lunches from the last month (I usually only remember once a week). The more I see the cute lunches that I too can make, the more I try and make them, and the better I eat that day. I like all the various options you include. I can't get my son to eat peas for some reason - he will squish them with his finger one by one on his tray.
