One of my all time favorite things to eat… chicken hearts with a lime squeeze. I am originally from Brazil and that is something very ‘normal’ to eat there… I LOOOVE IT!

We make Polnina- a Slovak potato pie (we eat it in beef soup) it’s great cold the next day & it would pack great sliced up like your tofu.
I loved reading about all your unusual foods — lots of crazy sandwiches involving peanut butter and mayo with unexpected ingredients. I find that really humerous because I went through a phase when I was a kid where I ate peanut butter and mayo sandwiches. They must not have been too bad because I liked them, but…um…yuck!
