Here are this week’s bento lunches. All preschool lunches this time — I didn’t make myself any lunches.
Monday night we had home made pizza for dinner, so I took a little of the extra dough and made tiny pepperoni pizzas for Wyatt’s lunch on Tuesday. Here you see two little pizzas and some strawberries. I was going to send the pizzas in his thermos, but as I was assembling his lunch, it became apparent that they would get nasty and soggy if I did that, so instead I just heated them up in the toaster and put them in the regular bento box. Wyatt ate every bite of this lunch, so I guess that worked pretty well.
I was really pressed for time Wednesday morning, so I threw together this lunch very quickly. I sent all his favorites: strawberries, a dinner roll, the last of the pepperoni and a clementine. He ate every bite!
Thursday I sent a dinner roll, the last little pizza and some fresh pineapple chunks.
This morning’s lunch (Friday) had rolled up turkey slices, pretzel flips crackers, a fruit leather ark, one little tomato to keep stuff from moving around too much and a cup of strawberry and pineapple chunks.
