Bruschetta Lunch

I harvested a big bowl of tomatoes from the plants out back this morning. We’ve been neglecting them since Augie was born, but the Sweet 100′s are still going nuts.

I chopped them up and tossed them with olive oil and garlic to make a bruschetta topping.

Totally yummy lunch.

We’re still doing a lot of berries in the preschool bentos this week. I think I’m going to have to start branching out into different fruits and veggies though because the berries seem to be finishing up at the farmer’s market.
